Perfect for outdoor sports folks, artists, and photographers, The camp is the only one on an island in West Grand Lake, rich in Bass, Landlocked Salmon, and Lake Trout. If you are looking to go canoeing, canoe camping on a system of sites designed by Downeast Lakes Land Trust, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just plain tubing, you will love this woods camp. if hiking is on your agenda, you will enjoy the wonderful Downeast Lakes Land Trust Trail system, giving you outstanding wildlife viewing, and birding, Including wildfowl, with a thriving loon population.

FEATURES

• Camp with separate bunkhouse, 6 guests total.
• Kitchen, bedroom, living room, loft, living/dining room, wood stove, outdoor shower, back porch, sunset viewing platform, and dock.
• Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, wood camp stove.
•  Incinolet electric toilet.
• Kitchen has cookware, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, knives, forks, paper towels, and napkins.
• Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels provided.  Bring your own food and potable water.
• Lakeside Landing, parking, and dock access.
• Use of 14-foot outboard motor ferry boat to bring you and your stuff back and forth.
• Bring your own canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, rafts, and such, or they may be rented in the village.
•   Cellphone reception and wifi is spotty.
• Stove wood, available to purchase.
• Minimum stay three days at $350 per night; one week for $3500.
• Your maiden voyage to the island will be provided by Nicole, your island guide, who will provide further details and answer questions about the camp and our area.
